The following activities are usually included in our Preventive Maintenance Program, and some of them in all of our Corrective Services
- Programs´ backup
- Visual inspection of: general condition, fans, internal and external cabling, filters counterbalances (if any), drive shafts, connectors, robot controller & teach pendant.
- Check for any possible leaks
- Check oil/grease & replace where necessary
- Check backlash
- Check back-up batteries & replace
- Check controller filter
- Check for excessive vibration and/or noise
- Report & advisories
